“Hassan is constantly working on the edge.”

With a solid background in leadership and entrepreneurship, Hassan is constantly working on the edge. He completed his Masters in Environmental Design (Architecture) and graduated from the University of Lagos in 2012. Working on small and large projects ranging from private residential projects, to the Standard Chartered Bank parkade and the construction supervision of the $40m Circle Mall, has equipped him with a huge base of industry knowledge. Hassan’s professional practice and project management experience continues to drive his passion and commitment for improving risk management and construction contract execution processes.

He is currently enrolled in the PhD Arch program at Texas A&M University where he is exploring new frontiers of research into the practical application of BIM, blockchain technology and virtual reality for improved project performance on construction projects. He is a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects whose design, ‘SOHO Living for Urban Professionals’ made it to the 2nd stage of the World Architecture News (WAN) Awards in December 2012.

He has received several awards and continues to. Beyond his expertise in the field of Architecture, he is keen to encourage young entrepreneurs who harbor a similar talent and passion for industry-related subjects. He is creator and chief host of the yearly “Creative Architects” event where approximately 1500 attendees, mostly architects, converge to exchange enterprise ideas.
