Jennifer Hardy, AIA has over a decade of experience leading complex international and domestic projects across many typologies, including large scale mixed-use development, high end residential towers, hospitals, libraries, central energy plants and higher education renovations. She recently joined Payette and brings a refined, process-based approach to all that she does, grounded in design rigor with a constructive critical eye and a passion for exploring how we embody what we build.  In addition to her work in the studio, she has developed a deep appreciation for collaborating beyond her own firm with the thriving community of designers in Boston.  Jennifer co-chairs the Boston Society of Architects Women in Design, she is the founding chair of WiD Emerging Leaders Group, and she is an elected member of the BSA membership committee.  She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from The Juilliard School and a Master of Architecture with distinction from Pratt Institute.
