Danielle Mitchell

Danielle Mitchell is entering her final year at Cornell University's School of Architecture, Art, and Planning. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a Minor in Africana Studies. Her time at Cornell has included involvement in multiple organizations, including NOMAS, AAPOC (Architects, Artists, and Planners of Color), and AAP Ambassadors. She has also spent the past two years working at AAP's Fabrication Shop, where she helps students with the model-making process related to wood and metal work. Upon graduating in May 2026, Danielle plans to move from her hometown in New Jersey to Washington, D.C., to pursue a career in project management that focuses on minority serving institutions.
