Emanuel Quiles

Emanuel Quiles is an incoming freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In high school, he focused on the implementation of architecture and design research through his IB Visual Arts course and internship opportunities at Engberg Anderson Architects, a local architecture firm. At the same time, he graduated as an IB Career-related programme, NAF Track certified, National Honors Society member and lead yearbook interviewer/page designer. Through these experiences he has learned the SketchUp modeling software for realistic and/or artistic renderings, interviewing business partners to address real-world issues, interpreting site context as a whole, and striving for inventive solutions. Emanuel is determined in developing an open-minded understanding of how physical form and buildings can shape present-day communities and values.
