Jerrica Arias is an Interior Designer I at RINKA, a Milwaukee based design team that expanded to Fort Lauderdale. Specializing in mixed-use multifamily projects, Jerrica is a detail-oriented designer who transforms environments with visionary designs, committed to creating bold, impactful spaces that foster connection and enhance urban living. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she moved to Florida in 2014, bringing with her a passion for design shaped by vibrant cultures and social dynamics. She holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from Florida Atlantic University, where she founded their NOMAS chapter and served as its first president. Jerrica also held leadership roles as Vice President of AIAS and APA, demonstrating her commitment to inclusive design education. An emerging professional, Jerrica is currently on the path to architectural licensure, with plans to pursue her interior designer license and master’s degree. As the Scholarship Committee Chair for NOMA South Florida and an active member of AIA, she advocates for the next generation of designers. Jerrica brings a blend of design leadership and advocacy to every project and initiative she touches. Designing not just spaces but stronger more inclusive communities.
