Nia Fletcher is a fourth-year architecture student in Tulane University’s five-year Bachelor of Architecture program. In addition to her passion for architecture, she is an avid artist and outdoor enthusiast. Her academic and professional experiences include traveling to Japan to research traditional craft practices and completing a summer internship at Shigeru Ban Architects in Tokyo.

Over the past three years, Nia has been actively involved with the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) Student Chapter at Tulane. She served as president for two years and has participated in the student design competition for three consecutive years. Through this work, she has enjoyed building community within her school and attending the annual NOMA Conference.

Nia is deeply grateful for the support she has received throughout her education and looks forward to continuing her architectural studies at Tulane University.
