Taylor Latimer is an Architectural Designer at OCA Architects in Newark, New Jersey, with experience spanning mixed-use residential, education, hospitality, and public projects across the U.S. She approaches design through the three pillars of sustainability—environmental, economic, and social—while prioritizing user needs and cultural context. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University. She is currently in the process of pursuing her architectural license. Currently serving as President of the New Jersey chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), Taylor is a strong advocate for equity and inclusion in the profession. She is also deeply committed to mentorship, regularly supporting students and interns to help shape the next generation of socially conscious designers.
